The Chairman counts 38 years in the Police Department with an unblemished service. He commenced his
career in the Police Department as a Probationary Sub Inspector in 1973 and was promoted to the ranks of
Inspector in 1981, Chief Inspector in 1988. Asst. Superintendent of Police in 1989, Superintendent of Police in
1993, Senior Superintendent of Police in 1998 and Deputy Inspector General of Police in 2008,
